The Northern Iowa Bone Congress met at 7 p.m. on Friday, 17th of September, at J. T. Toad's in Spencer, Iowa.
The treasury was reported to have $12.00, which was approved.
Old business as follows: Discussion ensued concerning which games to include in the book, and some small changes were made to the rules.
A new game was introduced, called "Five Alive" but the rules need more refinement to cut down on the amount of playdown, and it was decided to limit the amount of open arms to four. This made much difference, for the better.
Jim Schooley is developing a few of his own games, one of which was discussed. It is yet unnamed, but nominally resembles "one arm Joe."
Pizza was eaten, dutch treat, and Mr. Schooley provided soft drinks.
Meeting was then adjourned.
